Through this program, international students have the right to complete their PAID internship by working off-campus with American based companies while studying toward their degrees. All wages paid can be kept by the students and used for their tuition and fees & living and personal expenses. This unique program provides an education that combines both theory and practical experience that will exceed the education obtained by classroom theory alone.

ADAM Business Group provides qualified international students an opportunity to obtain curriculum related practical experience working for companies in the United States, while working on their bachelor’s degree. Workshops and seminars will be provided by ADAM group in addition to scholarships.

New Era Education Investment Co. (NEEI) will be in charge of internship job placement, NEEI is an education consulting and placement service appointed by TLHU to assist International students who want to study in the US.  NEEI answers all questions from potential "work-study" applicants and receive and pre-screen all documents sent by the application. When NEEI determines that the applicant is qualified and that all documents are in order, the applicants file will be sent to the Admission Department where the TLHU staff will process the file and make a prompt decision about the applicants admissibility and they will notify the applicant by e-mail. NEEI has an immigration attorney on-staff who then will assist the  students with ideas and services designed to help them prepare themselves for the visa interview with the American consulates abroad.
