"Work-Study"
program (ADAM
Scholarship) is jointly provided by Adam Business
Group, New Era Education Investment Co., & Teikyo
Loretto Heights University in Denver,
Colorado. This program offers
international students with a financial aid package combining scholarships,
room and board allowance and PAID
business / intercultural internships.
The
following
two degrees are available for this program:

Bachelor's
Degree in International Business for those
students who want to pursue business management as
their career goal in the global market with
concentration on international trade.

Bachelor's
Degree in Intercultural Studies for those
students who want to work as diplomatic officers on foreign affairs and
international relationships for the government and
other public service sections.
Teikyo
Loretto Heights University (TLHU) belongs to Teikyo
Group with head office in Tokyo, Japan. At TLHU,
the business education courses combine the finest
business concepts from the US and Japan and expose
students to
both Asian and North American perspectives of
management, thus proving to be highly beneficial to
tomorrow’s business leaders working in companies
looking to expand operations into Asia or the USA.
Through this program, international
students have the right to complete their PAID internship by working
off-campus with American
based companies while studying toward their degrees. All wages paid can be kept by the
students and used for their tuition and fees & living and
personal expenses. This
unique program provides an education that
combines both theory and practical experience that
will exceed the education obtained by classroom theory
alone.
ADAM
Business Group provides
qualified international students an opportunity to
obtain curriculum related practical experience
working for companies in the United States, while
working on their bachelor’s degree. Workshops and
seminars will be provided by ADAM group in
addition to scholarships.
New
Era Education Investment Co. (NEEI) will be
in charge of internship job placement, NEEI
is an education consulting and placement
service appointed by TLHU to assist International
students who want to study in the US. NEEI answers
all questions from potential "work-study"
applicants and receive and pre-screen all documents sent
by the application. When NEEI determines that the
applicant is qualified and that all documents are in
order, the applicants file will be sent to the Admission
Department where the TLHU staff will process the
file and make a prompt decision about the applicants
admissibility and they will notify the applicant by
e-mail. NEEI has an immigration attorney
on-staff who then will assist the students with
ideas and services designed to help them prepare
themselves for the visa interview with the American
consulates abroad.

is accredited by Accrediting Council for Independent
Colleges and Schools (ACICS). The ACICS is an
institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education and the Commission on
Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation. TLHU is
licensed by the State Council for Higher Education to
grant the Bachelor’s Degree. The
Colorado Commission on Higher Education has authorized
TLHU to operate as a private university in Colorado
under the Degree Authorization Act.
