Admission
to the Graduate School
All
applicants to Sullivan University’s graduate programs
must be either in their final two quarters of classes in
a Bachelor’s degree program at Sullivan University or
have an earned Bachelor’s degree from an accredited
institution. Candidates for admission to the graduate
school must demonstrate proficiency in verbal, written,
quantitative and critical reasoning skills. This can be
accomplished by the candidate submitting GMAT or GRE
scores, by a review of transcripts of previous
undergraduate and any prior graduate courses, or through
application of criteria established by the
University’s graduate school admissions committee.
Applicants for admission to the Sullivan University
Graduate’s School should contact the Graduate School
admissions staff for additional information. Students
who otherwise qualify for graduate admission may be
accepted on a provisional basis. Course work for all
graduate degrees consists of twelve courses (48 credit
hours) (dual Master of Business Administration/Master of
Science in Managing Information Technology and the
Master of Science in Management
and Collaborative Solutions are 64 credit hours), of
which no more than 25% may be transferred from another
accredited college or university. The Dean of the
Graduate School must approve all transferred credits
Steps
in Applying For the Co-op Program
STEP
1: SEND IN APPLICATION MATERIALS
If
you are already a student in the U.S. and are wishing to
transfer to the Sullivan "co-op" program, you can apply directly by
contacting an agent in your city . If you are living abroad and need to apply for a visa
from the U.S. consulate in your home country, you will
need to contact an office in your country or an
authorized consulting agency or placement agency there.
There will be a substantial fee charged by the
consulting or placement agency to handle your
application material, assist you with complying with
U.S. government Immigration Service regulations,
training you in preparation for the visa interview with
the U.S. consulate, and in the scheduling of the dates
for enrollment in the program and for the visa
interview. Please contact us to find out the name and
contact numbers of the consulting agent or placement
agent in your area. Visit
the Apply
for Program page where you will find a
list of the required documents that you will need to
send to us. After we receive your package you will
be notified within several weeks whether or not you have
been accepted into the program. Please note that we
are responsible for all preparatory details,
pre-screening and visa advising, but the
University makes all decisions regarding
admissions and issuing of the I-20.
STEP

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THE SEVIS FEE.
Once
you receive the I-20 you will need to pay to the U.S.
Government the $200 SEVIS fee before you will be allowed
by the U.S. consulate to apply for your visa. Go
to www.fmjfee.com
for more information.
STEP
3: PREPARE FOR VISA INTERVIEW & APPLY
FOR VISA.
When your I-20 form is ready to be sent out, we will
send you extensive information on ideas and tips you can

on our staff, we can answer most of the questions you
may have regarding U.S. Immigration law and procedures.
